To Just Be

It’s taken the longest of longest times (years actually) for me to somewhat understand the spiritual concept to ‘Just Be’. To just be, one has to gain an understanding of the self. To be specific, to understand our ego and our heart. It was a few weeks ago that spirit finally revealed to me and a dear friend I was with through Aya, my dragon stuffy toy I have in my car…

Her message to me was, “I R B!”. “Say what?!” I enquired further. Aya explained further, “I are be… Instead of saying, I am being… It’s, I are being as we always are”. “Aaaaah, I see!” I exclaimed. “So what you’re saying is that we’ve always been who we are. So we just have to remember that we are christ consciousness already.”

Aya is dragon, so her English is just a little chinglish… I guess she speaks like this to get me to unpretzel my mind to really get the message. “Just be, as we already are” she finished off. Thank you Aya. Thank you.

In reflection to me, this means we are the gods and the creators of our universe. We are the masters of our destinies! We are harmony, we are heart & mind in union, heart-mind. We are the One. Neo! We’re in the Matrix. We are the peace we seek, we are the knight who came to save us. We are the kings and queens of destiny. We are already well. We just didn’t remember it. We just need to awaken from this slumber.

Since then, more has transpired into my consciousness. Today spirit is saying to me… The spirit of just being is the ability to give and receive without expectation and judgement. This one is still unpretzelling for me. This hue-man is still unfolding. There’s so many subtleties to all these lessons! More to follow in the future I’m sure!

Back to this concept of Just being…

It’s about the union of two as one, in Unity Consciousness… Harmony. It’s the Christo-Sophia, it’s the Devine Masculine & Devine Feminine, Ying and the Yang, the Dragon and Phoenix finally in true harmonious marriage. It’s when the two join and become one in harmony. Just being as one is. It’s the one with two parts in harmony, allowing flow, balance and rhythm.

Even in chaos, especially in chaos… It’s the human navigating, stumbling and the ability to regain ones footing. To be human, is to experience the messiness of life. It’s in the way we rise and over come that makes us into who we dream to be. It’s the ability to take the ego and let the heart open. To live openly to prepare to live in 5D.

As we navigate this 4D realm of the in between, much gets revealed. Much gets uncovered. When the shadows appear and the triggers are activated by another, hold space for oneself first. Have compassion for the wounded inner child in yourself. For the only ones we can change is ourself really. It’s up to the other if the other wants to change. For we all have free will, the freedom of choice. So let the other choose as they will. For to live as sovereign beings is also to allow others to live sovereignly too. It’s only when we’ve really help nourished and healed ourself, do we truly understand how to help another. From what I’ve come to understand, it’s by being an example and maybe an invitation without binding expectations or judgements, that others might see a better way of being. And still then, it’s their choice how they want to live.

So when these triggers come up, they present an opportunity to face the shadows of the past and to be the parent that you needed then, but in the present time. The now. We have the ability to change the past by being consciously present. And with the ability to reflect and enacting the skills we’ve gained, we are able to be parenting the wounded self right in the moment, in present time. We get to change our stories, and the unconscious narratives that run our lives then become a choice. We get to choose who we want to be and who we are. We gain back our power and life force that was leaking unconsciously.

By doing so, we also break the illusion of time. When we can access the past, future and the now… then time doesn’t hold too much relevance any more regarding the spiritual, mental and emotional aspects of our lives. Plus our stories of being the victim or perpetrator can be transcended. We can rise above the situation and we get to sit in the seat of the higher self. And when we are ready, we can then draw down the higher self into the physical body to sit within our soul. This is how we ground things into our reality. Thus we really are the captains of our souls and creators of our reality. It’s when we see both sides, we can also hold compassion for all. It’s this union of two sides that split that is rejoining that creates the one self. Unity Consciousness —Love.

If you want to heal this old aspect of yourself, sit with the inner child, gain their trust. Acknowledge the hurts and allow the grief to come up. It would be better to a lot a set period of time to do this so that you don’t wallow in the lower energies for days on end.

To do the inner child work, create a safe space where you have the privacy and the safety for these things to come up. Do it with yourself if you know how to hold this space for yourself or find someone who is able to do this for you. Maybe a trusted and trained therapist, a shaman, counsellor or coach with the needed skills. Only do it for that set period of time and when that time is up, end this process with compassion. Then reassure the inner child that you are always there and that you are taking care of things to the best of your abilities for him or her. Then after, get up, move, ground yourself, dance, shake it off. Shift the energy. Just do something different, something fun to dissipate the lower energies. Sage the room if need be.

If the classic elements are earth, water, wind and fire then the 5th element, ether is love. It’s the void or chi that the Chinese Philosophers talk of. It’s the juice, the magic that imbues and animates life itself.

To just be… Love is the 5th Element. It’s ascended transcendent Love. It’s the ability to be in harmony, to be well, to embody love in the self. It’s the peace we seek. To just be, as we already are.

We are Love. We are compassion. We are well. We are as we am. We be as we is. This is when the I AM… is the We ARE. This is the way, this is the path. We are walking two halves into oneness. This is the Devine Masculine and Devine Feminine in oneness, in union in each of us — we are whole as we are, we already are, we are Love. So just be.

Holy Trinity! She is here.

The 11/11 gateway we’ve come through was pivotal for many, it’s as if a light got switched on for many of us. It’s this feminine innate wisdom that is now set within us. It’s like another sixth sense, like an extra arrow in your quiver for you to call on when you need.

The feminine innate wisdom is when you know — you just know. It’s when it matters the most and things are critical, you have this innate knowing. It’s when the light is bright and the shadows are distinct. You really can see — the energies don’t lie. Trust your gut, trust your feels. When your nose knows, when something smells and feels off — it’s just off. You don’t need extra information, you don’t need logic to know something stinks. Your intuition is screaming it’s knowing. You might feel it in your body, or even hear it, it could even feel like a nudge from the angels.

For when you’ve done enough of your shadow work, your senses get sharpened and your discernment is more on point. When the mask finally falls and you see the real face, see the shadows for what they are, just shadows. Stay strong. Don’t freeze. Don’t run. Face it, they are just shadows.

See it with eyes of the heart of the eternal mother. Stand in your power, stand with all your elders that came before you. With fire of dragon, heart of lion and grace of eagle — channel the wisdom, discernment and eternal love of the feminine heart. Know that you are protected, for you walk with your powerful wolf pack and you are their leader.

So run with the wolves, howl at the moon and bond with your pack between the shadows and lunar energies during the longer darker days of winter. It’s here within that your grit is found. It is here that fortitude is forged.

This is the wild, this is the innate. This is the knowledge we carry in our bones. Feminine power shows strength not by force. Not by overpowering another. It’s the brave heart, it’s the fair heart. It is balanced with the mind ego and the purpose of the soul. This is the holy trinity — the healed heart, mind and soul. The triskele, the trinity, the power of 3. It’s the feminine knowing.

In Celtic Shamanism, this union of 3 — the triskele, allows shamans to see the present, past and future. The Shaman often sees them self as someone who stands in three different worlds at the same time. At this juncture one can see life, death and rebirth. Past, present and future. Earth, water and sky. Even creation, protection and destruction.

This trinity symbolises personal growth, human development, and spiritual progress. It denotes the idea of reincarnation, the perpetual state of growth, understanding and enlightenment. In the feminine sense, it’s Mother Gaia, Quan Yin and Goddess Kali in union. It’s spiritual discernment, or in simpler terms, it’s heart wisdom.

So keep walking the path, the Wounded Warrior is now healing. The wounds that healed over have made you stronger. The character you’ve developed was forged by placing you in the fires from the sacred father, the holy blacksmith. He did this to find your inner core, to forge and sharpen your blade. What you thought was pounding you, was in fact your inner being getting galvanized to be the warrior you are today. What you thought was punishment was in fact initiation for the times we are heading into.

Express thanks to all who has allowed the lessons to play out with you. With grace and humility take up your staff and walk forth on your path — for you are warrior. So trust. You are the divine feminine and you hold the strength of holy trinity within. Aho!

A Shamanic View of Disease

In shamanic traditions, a more holistic approach is taken to heal a person. It’s not just the physical body that is looked at, but the spiritual, emotional and mental bodies are also addressed too. In essence, the shaman deals with cause and effect, as is the case with laws of physics.

When the root cause is treated, true healing is achieved. If we only treat the effects and suppress the symptoms, diseases would continue to reoccur. In this way, generational and genetic diseases and conditions can be remediated. Sometimes this means the shaman travels back in time to the original hurt. Since the shaman knows how to cross the veil of time and space, the shaman can change how the past affects the present and the future.

When it comes to shamanic healing there is the medicine of the spirit and the medicine of the body which complements each other. Just like in western medicine, if someone goes to the emergency department in a hospital with an arrow in their back, doctors take action to repair the damage that was inflicted on a physical level. On the spiritual level, the shaman would also take a similar approach in the spirit realm. The shaman would take remedial action to remove the psychic arrow in the auric body and cleanse the wound, so that healing can occur.

With Shamans, diseases are seen as intrusions that don’t belong in the body and enter from outside. It could be a virus, an arrow, negative thought forms or negative emotions. Left long enough, it can become critical due to loss of power, or loss of parts of the soul — thus allowing the disease to enter and manifest in the person.

3 Causes of Diseases in Shamanic Traditions

1. Disharmony
Disharmony, or loss of a sense of belonging can affect a person’s vitality. Disharmony can come in the form of a toxic relationship, job loss or other forms of emotional and mental traumas. Disharmony causes a decrease of personal power, making us vulnerable to diseases.

2. Fear
When a person experiences chronic fear constantly, it can cause an imbalance in the body making us more vulnerable to disease. Fear decreases the ability of the immune system by putting our body into a fight or flight mode all the time. When we are always in crisis mode, there comes a point when there aren’t enough resources to do all the functions of the body properly to stay healthy. In modern psychology and western medicine, fear is also noted to promote disease.

3. Soul Loss
Soul loss is the most serious of the three causes. Soul Loss can cause serious diseases and premature deaths. It can be seen as a serious wound that results in fragmentation of the person’s inner essence often due to trauma. Often it makes the person question who and what they are.

Some Developing Symptoms of Diseases

  • Loss of belonging
  • Low immunity
  • Feeling fragmented
  • Inability to feel or receive love
  • Memory blocks of big parts of your life
  • Sudden apathy and indifference
  • Lack of joy, initiative, or inability to feel joy
  • Serious injury or serious internal diseases
  • A predisposition to suicide or addictions
  • And also sadness, despair and depression

With shamanic healing, healing occurs in 4 stages. In the 1st stage power is increased in the client, like a battery getting recharged. In stage 2, diagnosis happens. It’s where the issue is discovered, the cause is found & the understanding of the effect on the client’s body happens. In the 3rd stage, the client takes over and their own healing process takes place. With the 4th stage, the vital practice of soul retrieval is performed. It’s through retrieving these lost soul pieces, that the client heals properly.

With the art of shamanic healing dis-ease can be reduced or eliminated according to the highest good for your soul’s journey. In a way, a shaman can be seen as a doctor, a psychologist, an alchemist, and even an artist who brings about beauty and wellness to peoples lives.

So what do Shamans do?

In many lineages, to be called a shaman isn’t done by oneself. It’s the tribe that recognises the abilities of the shaman over time and at some point they called him or her a shaman. With many who are studying shamanic practices, or with those who are newly qualified, the term ‘shamanic practitioner’ is used. In doing so, they honour the tradition of their lineage and path of allowing the tribe or an elder to bestow the title of shaman.

And yet, I heard a story where a student asking his indigenous shamanic teacher whether or not he should call himself a shaman. The teachers answer was, ‘why not? If you were a plumber, what would you call yourself? How would people know what you do?’ Indeed, many  who have been long in the shamanic community stop beating around the bush. A spade is a spade after all, so by that logic if you are doing the practices of shamanism — then really, you are a practicing shaman. In short, you are a shaman.

So for the purposes of this article, I’ll refer to shamanic practitioners as shamans, because when it comes down to it, that’s the work they do.

Back to the question, what do shamans do?

In shamanism, one of the main practices is to connect to spiritual wisdom for the purpose of healing oneself and the community. Shamans can be seen as a bridge between worlds, between the physical and the spiritual. They communicate with  the spirit world to help a client heal or to do psychopomp work, which is helping lost souls transition safely to the spirit realm.

Shamans are able to reach transcendental states to gain knowledge and shamanic medicine. So people often get help with soul retrieval. It is believed that when people experience trauma, grief, loss or illness, they loose parts or aspects of themselves. This is where the shaman can retrieve these lost parts from the higher realms during trance states. The shaman can integrate these parts and help heal the person to become whole and well again.

Often people seek shamans out when they experience mental or physical distress. Or are looking for life or spiritual advice, hands-on healing or communication with loved ones who have passed. In this way, the shaman is a conduit and a bridge to the spirit world.

It’s the shamans role to serve his or her community through the wisdom gained from the spirit world. They are often humble people who help relieve suffering and help heal humanity. Not always an easy path to walk and yet, it can be very fulfilling to be part of.

And so with much gratitude, I continue the healing work of my ancestors. To offer shamanic healing and to help people to empower themselves through coaching. House, Land Healing & Geopathic Stress Removal

Inishmore, The Aaran Islands Ireland.
Inishmore, The Aaran Islands Ireland.

To my amazement, moving to the Burren Region in the West of Ireland has awakened a passion and a calling in me to help heal the lands, seas, and skies of Ireland and beyond. Being from foreign lands, it is with great honour that I do this work. I have traveled across the world, to different regions and yet Ireland is the most magically alive place I’ve come across to date. It is these lands and it’s people that have instilled an immense gratitude in me. Helping me heal and open my heart. Ireland’s heart chakra is rising.

With humility, I am called to do Land Healing and am guided to what the lands of Ireland need and want. Through sacred ceremony, I connect with the energies and spirit of the place and land. I can help clear farms, homes and business premises. Then, if needed, the land needs more than one healer and I can arrange to bring in other healers I know, work with and trust. The work can take a few hours to a day or so. We can travel to where you are located or do distant healing in some cases.

This work also involves the healing and clearing of geopathic stress, electromagnetic energies, working with ley lines, fairy lines, releasing of ancestral and soul issues, old imprints, curses, ritual sites, memories, stuck or other heavy energies.

Geopathic stress is caused by distorted geo-electromagnetic energies in the earth’s field. They’re affected by underground water courses, mineral deposits; faults and underground cavities. These distorted fields may radiate through your house or workplace and can cause various illnesses.

Electromagnetic Energies radiate out from electrical appliances, gadgets, pylons, high voltage wires and transformers. Along with geopathic stress this may be extremely dangerous to the health of human cells (Michigan State University, 2000).

With these House and Land Healings, all of these turbulent entities and energies are addressed and re-mediated. It may take up to 8 weeks for the old energies to fully shift. Although, many clients have felt and notice an immediate effect, during and just after the House and Land Healings are done.  I can also give Wellness, Environmental and Spiritual recommendations for your situation. As well as recommendations to keep the Electromagnetic Energies within a healthier range for you to implement over time.
