Gateway & Portals

Are you feeling it yet?

…this 2020 Winter Solstice, the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction, the dawning of the age of Aquarius. The rising of the Devine Feminine… It’s all happening now. So many are talking about it. I don’t think I need to add more to it. What I really want to focus on though, is how to navigate these times when your boat is a little bit battered and bruised. For those of us that have been here a while… Well, let’s just say it’s been rough waters getting to these coordinates.

So how then to get through these gateways?

Look to the skies. We don’t live in a vacuum. The planets, the sun, the galaxy, even the geomagnetic frequencies, and Schumann frequencies effect us. It’s these planetary, solar activities and alignments that can cause (ascension) flu symptoms and old conditions to act up. It’s during these times, we can make a difference for ourselves, and later for others too.

If you think about it, these alignments is the universes way of clearing our bodies of dense frequencies in preparation to move into the 5D consciousness. This years Saturn-Jupiter Conjunction on December 21st, 2020 is a major portal for the collective to move through.

For some it can feel like our whole body is being squeezed through a tiny gateway like toothpaste. It’s essentially an energetic detox and purging for humans. Not fun! It can really feel like a flu, but mainly without coughs and mucous. Some move through it quickly and others have symptoms for days.

If you do have preexisting conditions, it is better to go to your doctor to have it checked out. And if they can’t find anything medically wrong, then it could be that you’re experiencing the effects of solar, planetary and geomagnetic activities. But I’m not a doctor. I just read energy.

And if you’re Highly Sensitive, you’re most likely feeling it for sure! Although, at this point in time, I’d say, pretty much everyone is feeling it to some extent. It is 2020 after all. Nobody gets to escape this one.

The trick to survive and thrive through these shifts, is to realise that one can swim and rise above the chaos. Keep breathing deeply to calm down, to become more meditative — to be zen. To be one with the process, to just observe, to be a little more objective and to ground oneself.

If it helps… see it from an eagles point of view. Fly above everything and observe. Observe yourself, observe the others. See what is ahead and take the necessary steps to take care of oneself. It’s when we do this, that we realise that we can surf these Schumann waves and galactic alignments into the new heart based consciousness, the new earth that Eckhart Tolle spoke of.

These shifts don’t need to be difficult. When we experience it as difficult, it’s because somewhere in us… we’re still holding on to the old ways of being. We are yet to fully trust the process. Realise that our higher selves knows and source consciousness knows what’s best. And know that, by going through these trials, we learn and we do get to graduate to the higher levels of consciousness.

So let go. Let go of the fear.

These shifts don’t get easier if you keep resisting it. It’s not just humanity that is shifting, it’s the whole planet too. So, do use tools that will aid your process. Things like meditation, grounding, prayer, eating healthy, doing some movement exercise to move the stuck energies. Detox from unhealthy food, situations, people, behaviours and thought patterns. Get help from therapist, healers, medical professionals if needed. Do art, dance, sing… Have fun! Do what you need to become more you.

If you’ve read the book, The Celestine Prophecies, and watched the movie Avatar. Then you’d know what kind of world we are moving towards. A heart based one, one where love thrives, abundance is for all. Joy overflows. Gratitude is the norm. Wow, what a time to be alive! Let’s get onboard this train and create this world we all so dearly want. Star-seeds, light workers, this is the gift we’ve been waiting for.

A Shamanic View of Disease

In shamanic traditions, a more holistic approach is taken to heal a person. It’s not just the physical body that is looked at, but the spiritual, emotional and mental bodies are also addressed too. In essence, the shaman deals with cause and effect, as is the case with laws of physics.

When the root cause is treated, true healing is achieved. If we only treat the effects and suppress the symptoms, diseases would continue to reoccur. In this way, generational and genetic diseases and conditions can be remediated. Sometimes this means the shaman travels back in time to the original hurt. Since the shaman knows how to cross the veil of time and space, the shaman can change how the past affects the present and the future.

When it comes to shamanic healing there is the medicine of the spirit and the medicine of the body which complements each other. Just like in western medicine, if someone goes to the emergency department in a hospital with an arrow in their back, doctors take action to repair the damage that was inflicted on a physical level. On the spiritual level, the shaman would also take a similar approach in the spirit realm. The shaman would take remedial action to remove the psychic arrow in the auric body and cleanse the wound, so that healing can occur.

With Shamans, diseases are seen as intrusions that don’t belong in the body and enter from outside. It could be a virus, an arrow, negative thought forms or negative emotions. Left long enough, it can become critical due to loss of power, or loss of parts of the soul — thus allowing the disease to enter and manifest in the person.

3 Causes of Diseases in Shamanic Traditions

1. Disharmony
Disharmony, or loss of a sense of belonging can affect a person’s vitality. Disharmony can come in the form of a toxic relationship, job loss or other forms of emotional and mental traumas. Disharmony causes a decrease of personal power, making us vulnerable to diseases.

2. Fear
When a person experiences chronic fear constantly, it can cause an imbalance in the body making us more vulnerable to disease. Fear decreases the ability of the immune system by putting our body into a fight or flight mode all the time. When we are always in crisis mode, there comes a point when there aren’t enough resources to do all the functions of the body properly to stay healthy. In modern psychology and western medicine, fear is also noted to promote disease.

3. Soul Loss
Soul loss is the most serious of the three causes. Soul Loss can cause serious diseases and premature deaths. It can be seen as a serious wound that results in fragmentation of the person’s inner essence often due to trauma. Often it makes the person question who and what they are.

Some Developing Symptoms of Diseases

  • Loss of belonging
  • Low immunity
  • Feeling fragmented
  • Inability to feel or receive love
  • Memory blocks of big parts of your life
  • Sudden apathy and indifference
  • Lack of joy, initiative, or inability to feel joy
  • Serious injury or serious internal diseases
  • A predisposition to suicide or addictions
  • And also sadness, despair and depression

With shamanic healing, healing occurs in 4 stages. In the 1st stage power is increased in the client, like a battery getting recharged. In stage 2, diagnosis happens. It’s where the issue is discovered, the cause is found & the understanding of the effect on the client’s body happens. In the 3rd stage, the client takes over and their own healing process takes place. With the 4th stage, the vital practice of soul retrieval is performed. It’s through retrieving these lost soul pieces, that the client heals properly.

With the art of shamanic healing dis-ease can be reduced or eliminated according to the highest good for your soul’s journey. In a way, a shaman can be seen as a doctor, a psychologist, an alchemist, and even an artist who brings about beauty and wellness to peoples lives.

An Easy Empaths Mantra

I fill up my cup first, until it overflows. And so it is.
I fill up my cup first, until it overflows. And so it is.

I thought I’d start blogging a bit about wellness. A good place to start is probably at the beginning. The beginning of the day that is. What I do when I wake up in the morning is I try to start each day with meditation. To ground and center, to gather myself and to start off on a good footing.

Earlier today I was googling Mala beads and learned how easy they are to use with Mantras and meditation. I did the mantra meditation without the Mala beads for a few minutes and it does work. So I came up with my own mantra to focus on for today.

I fill up my cup first,
until it overflows.
And so it is ❤

For empaths, one of the top priorities is self-care. To do it for themselves before they start attending to others. Like the saying goes — “One cannot pour from an empty cup”.

So then the question is, ‘What can I do today to add to my wellbeing?’

For me, quiet mornings with a cup of tea, meditations & saying mantras helps. Setting the tone by being at peace first thing in the morning can help you through the day with ease and grace. So do carve out some time in your day to create the wellness you need. Take a few deep breaths, and let the body fill with ease.

How to meditate and chant with mantras

  1. You can use this mantra while taking in a long deep breath, saying in your head — ‘I fill up my cup first’.
  2. And then on a long slow exhale, say the second part in your head — ‘until it overflows’. Repeat Step 1 and 2 a few times.

And if you are up for it, you can also use Mala beads & do this chant 108 times. Even if you do it a handful of times you’ll notice that your mental state shifts and also how your body relaxes and fills up with ease. Then, when you want to end; you can finish by saying — ‘And so it is’ and you’re done.

Enjoy your day. 🙂
